Three kinds of help. One thread.

You don't pick a track and stay in your lane. We move between emotional and practical work as your season shifts, always with the same practitioner who knows the whole story.

Reparenting work

Inner-child & reparenting programs

For the patterns that started young, harsh self-talk, fear of rejection, the constant pull to please, and never quite feel like enough.

We help you listen to the younger part of you, name what it needed and didn't get, and slowly build the calm, steady inner voice that was missing. The work draws on Internal Family Systems, mindful body-awareness, journaling and creative expression. It is gentle by design and paced to what you can hold.

Access & benefits guidance

The forms, the cards, the eligibility maze, handled beside you, not handed to you.

Whether you're applying for disability identification, gathering medical documentation, or trying to understand what a program actually unlocks, we sit with you through it. We keep the checklists, track the renewal dates so nothing lapses, and translate the jargon into plain decisions you can make.

Confidence & change

Confidence after a change

When your body, your role or your routine shifts, your sense of self has to catch up. We help it.

This is the rebuilding work: firm, kind boundaries; a self-image that fits who you are now; and the small daily rituals that make a new chapter feel like yours rather than something that happened to you. For some, it's reclaiming confidence after a diagnosis. For others, it's finally feeling at home in a changed life.

How it fits together

One person carries the whole picture.

Match

One practitioner, the whole way

You're matched with a single person who holds both the feelings and the filing. No re-explaining your story each week.

Plan

A plain-language plan

Together we set what we'll work on emotionally and practically, and the pace that respects your capacity.

Review

Every eight weeks, we check

We stop, look at what's actually changed, and adjust. You can pause or close whenever it's right for you.

What it costs you

Honest about money, like everything else.

The first conversation is always free. After that, sessions are sliding-scale, because a hard season often comes with a hard budget.

Free

First conversation

A 45-minute talk to be heard and to see what a path might look like. No obligation, no intake-form ambush.

Sliding scale

Ongoing sessions

Weekly or fortnightly, in person or remote. We agree a rate that works for your situation and revisit it whenever things change.

Not sure which kind of help you need?

That's exactly what the first conversation is for. We'll figure it out together.
